Jeff Yates, CLS, CRX, is an Arkansas-licensed real estate broker and Founding/Managing Partner at ARK. He has practiced commercial real estate since 1995, working extensively across six states, including Arkansas. Since 2000, Jeff’s focus has been centered on Arkansas, and he has completed leases and sales in 19 cities across the state.
Jeff has years of experience assisting national, regional and local businesses, with market reviews, site selection, purchases, sales and lease negotiations. He has unparalleled market knowledge and relationships in key markets throughout the state, as well as beneficial experience in entitlements, permitting and development processes.
Jeff guides clients in evaluating and selecting successful locations across Arkansas. He specializes in helping clients add value to their business. Tenants & landlords, including retailers, restaurants, hoteliers and shopping center owners of all kinds and sizes, have engaged Jeff for successful completion of locations from 1,000 sq. feet to 100,000 sq. feet. Specifically, Jeff has leased, helped develop and helped re-develop more than 2,000,000 square feet of office space in a variety of properties, including single-tenant and multi-tenant properties in high-rise and low-rise buildings across all property classes.
Jeff’s volunteer activities in the community and industry include committee service and leadership roles in a variety of organizations including, but not limited to, BOMA, REALTORS®, ICSC, Little Rock Board of Adjustment, Little Rock Planning Commission, Pleasant Valley POA and Habitat for Humanity.
Additionally, he has lectured on commercial real estate markets, leasing, investment and development to leading industry organizations, as well as groups such as Kiwanis, Rotary and Lions Clubs.
Jeff is involved in his neighborhood, his community and his church, but his wife and daughter are first in his life.
